Automating a Shopify store from order to delivery
What actually gets automated when an order lands, and where a human still needs to step in.
Most stores lose time in the gap between a paid order and a shipped parcel. The order arrives, someone copies it into a supplier sheet, someone else chases a tracking number, and the customer emails to ask where their parcel is.
The fix is not one tool. It is a chain: the order triggers a supplier notification, the supplier's response creates a shipment, the shipment pushes a tracking number back to the customer, and any break in that chain raises a flag for your team.
Once it runs, the only orders a person touches are the exceptions — and those arrive with the full history attached instead of as a mystery.
